Any breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without prior notice to you. Should we determine at our sole discretion that you are in breach of any of these conditions, we reserve the right to deny you access to this website and its contents and do so without prejudice to any available remedies at law or otherwise.

Should you choose to register or subscribe for any such services or related features, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself and to promptly update such information if there are any changes. Every user of the Site is solely responsible for keeping passwords and other account identifiers safe and secure.
The account owner is entirely responsible for all activities that occur under such password or account. Furthermore, you must notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account. The Site shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your failure to comply with this section.
During the registration process, you agree to receive promotional emails from the Site. You can subsequently opt out of receiving such promotional e-mails by clicking on the link at the bottom of any promotional email.
Registration Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions:
By submitting a signed registration form, You confirm that the following terms & conditions have been carefully read and the content well understood.
Payment Conditions:
Full payment should be made within ten working days after submitting the signed registration form. Payment should always be made in Euros unless indicated otherwise. Aim Global Excellence accepts all kinds of credits card payments as well as bank transfer, on conditions that the payment is made within ten working days upon receiving the proforma invoice, once the payment is complete a confirmation letter and invoice will be sent. The fee of the event includes the possibility to download post-event material, access to the conference hall & materials, refreshments, lunches and snacks. Each delegate will be responsible for their own hotel accommodation and travel expenses; however, Aim Global Excellence will negotiate and offer the best possible hotel rates for its delegates in the hotel in which the event will take place.
Substitution of delegate(s) is possible without extra fees involved; however, the delegate(s) is obliged to notify Aim Global Excellence of the change(s) at least 3 days before the event date to make the necessary arrangements for the substitute(s).
In case a delegate would like to cancel their participation for some unexpected circumstances, the delegate can do so by sending a cancellation letter four (4) weeks before the event date in order to obtain full credit note for any future event organized by Aim Global Excellence. The fees charged are strictly non-refundable. In case Aim Global Excellence decides to cancel an on-going event, the delegate(s) would receive a 100% refund of their payment. Delegates not showing up at the event does not count as cancellation. Aim Global Excellence shall assume no liability whatsoever in case a conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous events such as natural disasters, trade or industrial disputes, sabotage, accidents, outbreak of disease, terrorism, acts of warfare etc. however, a full credit note would be given in each of the cases mentioned above.
Aim Global Excellence agrees to strictly keep clients’ information confidential in its database until the completion of the event. The client agrees to give Aim Global Excellence the authority to keep their information in its database and use the information in connection with the event if necessary. Client information will be removed immediately after receiving a written request by the delegate.
Booking forms submitted without a signature are not considered valid. As the organizers of this event Aim Global Excellence reserves all the right to postpone the event to a later date, make changes to the location or confirmed speakers. In case the client decides to cancel their participation for these reasons the client will receive a full credit note which covers the amount paid to attend any future event organized by Aim Global Excellence.
The hotel information may not be provided at the time of registering to the event but should be ready at least one month before the event dates.
The information included in this brochure is strictly meant for the company or person who directly received this brochure from Aim Global Excellence. In NO circumstance should this brochure be published on the internet or be made available to the general public without the consent of Aim Global Excellence. All intellectual property rights in all materials produced and distributed by Aim Global Excellence in connection with this event are explicitly reserved and any unauthorized distribution, duplication or publication is strictly prohibited.
